2019 NMWS Fall National Exhibition!
CALENDAR:
Registration Opens 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 1, 2019. Please register ONLY through the NMWS website HOME PAGE.
Non-Members should contact the File Manager, Tina Stallard 505-385-0432 for information on entering the Fall National Show directly.
Registration DEADLINE is @ 6:00 PM on Saturday, August 31, 2019.
Notification of accepted paintings will be announced by email no later than Thursday, September 5, 2019.
Hand-delivered paintings received 12:00-2:00 PM at the Fine Arts Gallery, EXPO-NM (Fairgrounds)on Tuesday, October 1. Late arrivals between 2:00-4:00 PM will be accepted, but will NOT be judged and will not be eligible for awards. Paintings will NOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER 4:00 PM and will be disqualified from the show.
Fall Show Opening Reception is on Saturday, October 5, 2019 from 1-4 PM in the Fine Arts Gallery at EXPO-NM, (State Fairgrounds). Enter Gate #3 at San Pedro and Copper St. NE. EXPO-Parking charges may apply.
Fall Exhibition is Open to the Public, starting Sunday, October 6, 2019 Thursdays-Sundays 10 AM – 4 PM, through Sunday, October 27, 2019.
Exhibition Closed and Building cleared at 4 PM on Sunday, October 27.
Pickup of unsold works will commence at 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM on Sunday, October 27th.
NO PAINTINGS WILL BE RELEASED EARLY
Paintings not picked up BY 5:30 PM will be charged a
$10 handling fee, per painting
