"When begining to paint about five years ago, I was forturnate to take instruction from a master in Chinese Brush Painting, and although my style has evolved, my form still reflects the minimalist approach of this regimen. I am currently facinated by the common birds of the New Mexico Bosque and can see this interest extending to flowers and ferns."

Asia also paints portraits of beloved pets and just finished two commissioned works.
